The now called Board of Directors (BoD), formerly the executive committee, had its first meeting on Jan 11.
The BoD welcomed the new board members: Sandro Castaldo, president elect, Ouidade Sabri, VP new membership and governance and Martin Spring, VP conferences.
Among the many issues discussed, the BoD reviewed the plans for the 2022 IFSAM 16th congress to take place online Sept 6-8, in cooperation with ANPAD as well as the diffusion in different languages of the IFSAM General Assembly soft policy statement on management research and the planned joint workshops with different member associations (ACACIA, ANPAD, BAM and SIMA) in their 2022 annual conferences.
The BoD sincerely thanked and wished all the best to outgoing member Isabelle Bouty, who remains a member of the IFSAM General Assembly and its awards’ committee.
