This round table (RT) will serve as a springboard for the launch of IFSAM Futures Academy, a strategic initiative of IFSAM developed in collaboration with SIMA.
The Academy focuses on engaging the new generations of management scholars in envisioning sustainable futures for management research and a nurturing context for scholarship. This initiative seeks to bring forward the unique perspectives of new generations of scholars and support their engagement within the IFSAM network. The RT will aim to engage presenters from new generations of management scholars and the audience in discussing new perspectives and pathways for enhancing the positive impact of management research as seen by early career scholars.
