Researching Indigenous Management and Decolonizing the Business School Curriculum

Invited panellists from around the globe discuss the challenges, opportunities and necessity of working with and researching Indigenous and other marginalized voices in management and business, and how this research may invigorate innovation in management studies. They will cover the need to rethink management and business history and the business school curriculum, and how a resulting increase in diversity can drive innovation and help us address existential issues currently facing the planet. They will also point out new resources that can be drawn upon to help explore and promote Indigenous management and decolonization.
